    Dealership cannot follow instructions. Information was provide when dropping off vehicle for how to contact me and again two days later when I called for an update on the repairs. After, spending several minutes on hold I asked again to update their information with my contact number. Instead, they called the previous owner on record and upset her for 3 days. This screams that the dealership doesn't respect the people that bring vehicles in for service, only the money they can extort out of them. I was told "I'm sorry, I just called the owner on record in our system" at least four times, yet the paperwork I filled out when I dropped the car off stated who should have been contacted, me as the owner, as does the title that is on record with the state of Indiana, the registration in the glove box, and the phone call I made the previous Friday. I have spent every day since Monday explaining to my Mother that everything is "Ok" and that I will work it out, but rest assured that after picking the vehicle up on Monday with a $154.05 bill your company will never see another Cent from my family. You not only have you lost the $5,000 repair but I will never recommend you to anyone. I hope you feel and see that your system is as broken as I know it is.
